 Consultation Visit
Site visits relating to a specific problem. This may be anything from the siting of new house on bare property to ideas on remodelling existing gardens.

Concept Plan
Following consultation with you, the scope of work is established. This generally relates to a specific issue of concern to you.  A solution is formulated for that particular problem and a document prepared expressing the general spirit of intent of this solution.

Construction Drawings
Detailed construction drawings are prepared for all hard landscape elements such as steps, walls, pergolas, ponds, pools and so on.  Drainage requirements, foundation construction, thicknesses, surface finishes, location within the site and setting out drawings are all prepared.  You can use this document to obtain quotes for the work or in the case of the home handyman, it will provide the details for you to tackle the project yourself.

Specifications
These are in addition to the design and construction drawings and can be used to enable landscape contractors to submit itemised quotations on a like for like basis for the building and planting of your garden and can often form part of formal contract documentation.

Planting Plan
A fully detailed design document, incorporating soil conditions, aspect, your preferences of colour and plant species, spacing and positioning of plants.  A detailed planting plan also includes the existing plantings that are to be retained, a scheudle of plants including botannical (and common) names, and quantities and a quote to supply the specified plants in accordance with the plan.  You receive a black and white scale plan.

Project Management and Contract Administration
Involves overseeing and supervising your project.

These are all just general categories to give you an idea of the services available to you.  We can tailor our services to meet your specific requirements and budget. Contact us to find out how we can help you make your outdoor space a unique environment for you, your family and friends.
